Research Programs
The Medical Foundation supports all areas of medical research within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sydney. Our focus is on the translation of research knowledge to health outcomes through improved treatment options and prevention of disease. The Medical Foundation provides $2 million to $3 million annually for research into conditions such as: Alzheimer's disease, Cancer, Cardiovascular disease, Eye diseases, Immune disorders, Liver disease, Lung disease, Meniere's disease, Neurological disorders and Paediatrics and childhood diseases.
